Emotional Respite with Helen Rutherford

Emotional Respite is a counselling service founded by Helen Rutherford back in 2014. The service offers specialist support for those affected with disabilities, with a focus on empathetic understanding of illness related issues.

In the following interview Helen discusses Emotional Respite, the importance of mental health and working with a disability.
