Social Media, Outreach and Administration Assistant
We are currently recruiting a part-time Social Media, Outreach and Administration Assistant to lead on our social media platforms and support the administrative processes within Pathfinders. This will include producing a newsletter, managing social media posts, responding to queries and maintaining our database and other records. We are looking for someone with good organisation skills, attention to detail, excellent IT proficiency and the ability to produce professional social media posts.

As a user led organisation we are passionate about involving our members as volunteers. Pathfinders is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to contribute to our social media. The role involves using web blogs plus a variety of social media and similar tools to create regular content, respond to conversations, build a sense of community between members and develop a strong network of relationships between Pathfinders, public, private and charitable organisations. This role can be done from home.
Volunteer to help us with individual campaigns, such as our work on developing consistent standards of care for adults. This may involve blogging or tweeting about a campaign, or attending important meetings to represent adults with neuromuscular disorders.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help us compile articles and blogs on a range of key daily living topics. You will be required to research topics using internet resources, clinical advice and discussions with our members and compile these into information resources.
