We are currently recruiting for a Virtual Office Manager to play a key role in supporting the CEOs and the charity with administration and virtual office support. The Virtual Office Manager will ensure the smooth running of the charity enabling the CEOs to focus on staff management, strategic development and leadership. All staff in Pathfinders operate fully remotely without an office space. The Virtual Office Manager will be responsible for facilitating the continued operation of Pathfinders online and via cloud IT systems.

We are currently recruiting a part-time Project and Campaigns Assistant to support a 4-year project funded by the national lottery to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence of young people with muscle-weakening conditions, and engage them in campaigning work to tackle the social barriers they face. The Projects and Campaigns Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project, social media engagement and supporting members with campaign activity on a range of issues.

Pathfinders is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to contribute to our social media. The role involves using web blogs plus a variety of social media and similar tools to create regular content, respond to conversations, build a sense of community between members and develop a strong network of relationships between Pathfinders, public, private and charitable organisations. This role can be done from home.
Volunteer to help us with individual campaigns, such as our work on developing consistent standards of care for adults. This may involve blogging or tweeting about a campaign, or attending important meetings to represent adults with neuromuscular disorders.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help us compile articles and blogs on a range of key daily living topics. You will be required to research topics using internet resources, clinical advice and discussions with our members and compile these into information resources.
