We’re delighted to share our new Strategic Plan for 2025–28 with our community. This plan sets out our vision for the next three years and the key priorities that will guide our work.

Our four strategic priorities are:

Empower our community – supporting people with muscle-weakening conditions to lead the way.

Champion our inclusion and rights – ensuring voices are heard and rights are upheld.

Grow our reach and impact – so more people know about Pathfinders and benefit from our services.

Build organisational sustainability – strengthening our foundations for long-term impact.

We’d love for our members to read the plan and share feedback with us. Your input is vital in making sure our strategy reflects the needs and ambitions of our community.
