Advice and Support

When I didn’t know how to access the care package I needed, Pathfinders supported me to talk to my social worker and discuss the issues I was facing

Advocacy

Whether you’re dealing with medical or care challenges, whether you want to travel abroad or have a wheelchair funded, whether you’re struggling to get into work, or navigate study, our advocacy service can help you.

Led and managed by people with muscle-weakening conditions, we will ask you about your hopes, dreams, and aspirations, and discuss how the barriers you are facing can be addressed.

Peer Support

One of the key strengths of Pathfinders is our incredible network of people with muscle-weakening conditions. This means that we’ve all experienced similar situations, and can share advice, support, and resources amongst ourselves.

To access our peer support group, please join Pathfinders as a member.
